Cadbury Egg Blondie to Die for
If you love Cadbury Mini Egg Blondies as much as I do, you will love this recipe. Easter is one of my favorite times of the year, but these treats are so delicious that I make them all year round. This recipe was made with a lot of love, I hope you like it
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups Cadbury eggs
Instructions
- Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl
- Melt the butter over medium heat and pour it into an electric mixer along with the cream and sugars
- Stir in vanilla and egg mixture until a creamy consistency
- Add the flour and mini eggs
- Place dough in a greased baking dish
- Bake for 40 minutes at 325
- Allow 30 minutes for the bars to cool down
- Cut the bars and serve
