Cadbury Egg Blondie to Die for

If you love Cadbury Mini Egg Blondies as much as I do, you will love this recipe. Easter is one of my favorite times of the year, but these treats are so delicious that I make them all year round. This recipe was made with a lot of love, I hope you like it

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 cups Cadbury eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat and pour it into an electric mixer along with the cream and sugars
  3. Stir in vanilla and egg mixture until a creamy consistency
  4. Add the flour and mini eggs
  5. Place dough in a greased baking dish
  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 325
  7. Allow 30 minutes for the bars to cool down
  8. Cut the bars and serve
