The Exquisite Balsamic Lamb Chop with Honey

Honey Balsamic Lamb Chops recipe

Who doesn’t love lamb? (sorry, vegetarians😅) 

This exquisite lamb and honey recipe is a show-stopper.  Try it out and let me know what you think.


  • 4 lamb chops
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Freshly ground sea salt
  • 2 tbsp light olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary


  1. Use a paper towel to pat dry the lamb chops dry
  2. Season the chops with salt and pepper
  3. Mix vinegar, mustard, and garlic in a bowl
  4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat, add the rosemary sprigs
  5. Brown the chop on both sides in the pan
  6. Add vinegar mixture and reduce heat to low
  7. Season the chops on both sides with the vinegar mixture.  Turn a couple of times
  8. Once the vinegar mixture has thickened, the chops will be sticky
  9. Remove the chops from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes
  10. Garnish with rosemary for presentation
