The Exquisite Balsamic Lamb Chop with Honey

Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- Freshly ground pepper
- Freshly ground sea salt
- 2 tbsp light olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Use a paper towel to pat dry the lamb chops dry
- Season the chops with salt and pepper
- Mix vinegar, mustard, and garlic in a bowl
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat, add the rosemary sprigs
- Brown the chop on both sides in the pan
- Add vinegar mixture and reduce heat to low
- Season the chops on both sides with the vinegar mixture. Turn a couple of times
- Once the vinegar mixture has thickened, the chops will be sticky
- Remove the chops from the pan and let rest for 5 minutes
- Garnish with rosemary for presentation
